09:00 - 10:00 - Welcome, accreditation, and opening of the Forum and exhibition area.
10:00 - 11:00 - Opening ceremony (welcome address, forum objectives, institutional speeches).
11:00 - 13:45 - Strategic panels and presentations on economic opportunities in Guinea.
13:45 - 16:45 - Thematic workshops and innovative project presentations with direct exchanges.
16:45 - 18:45 - Targeted networking, then a Guinean culinary buffet and day-one closing.

14:00 - 15:00 - Team welcome, tournament opening, and presentation of core values.
15:00 - 18:00 - Inter-association football tournament, public entertainment, and continuous kids' area.
18:00 - 19:00 - Sports final, official photos, and winners announcement.
